Is applying for a Job Free?
Yes. Simply click on the "Apply Online" button and complete the application process. In addition, we also offer a paid premium feature that lets you email the recruiter directly.

Does the paid "Email Recruiter Directly" functionality really help?
We do not guarantee a response, however your cover letter and resume will be delivered directly to the recruiter's inbox with your email address and name in the "From" field. This may give you better exposure to the recruiter compared to regular online applications.

I uploaded a .docx Resume, but it opens as a zip file. What happened?
Your resume is uploaded correctly, but your browser is not recognizing it as a word file. This is a known Microsoft Internet Explorer issue. Please use the Firefox browser instead (www.mozilla.com/firefox/).

My entries in the "Companies worked at" or "Education" fields are not saved

Make sure to press "Enter" after each entry. If this doesn't work you are likely using an old browser that we do not support. The success of contact request is usually based on your fit with the recruiters job or area of expertise. Please use the Firefox browser instead (www.mozilla.com/firefox/).

How do I delete my account? How do I remove myself from your site?
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings page. Log in to your account and click the orange "edit" link. Then, click on "Privacy Settings" and find the "delete" account link at the bottom of the page.

What services are Free and which are not?
Posting jobs is always free and you can view up to 5 resumes per day for free. In addition, we offer a "Premium" subscription which includes 50 resume views per day, preferred placement of your job postings, and customer support. We also offer an "Enterprise" subscription which comes with multiple seats and unlimited resume views.

Are there any Splits or other fees? Is it really free?
There are no splits or other fees.
