Share Responsibilities:
Maintains and increases sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts within the industrial and distribution channels.
Executes assigned sales goals and sales plans within a designated sales territory.
Secures and maintains Distribution of products and maintaining effective agreements.
Supports the Corporation’s Win Strategy.
Develops and maintains strong client relationships with OEM customers and may or may not have distributor accounts while meeting position objectives.
Ensures products are specified to maintain and increase revenue by prioritizing the opportunities on an account – by – account basis to obtain optimum sales and margin results.
Develops and maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of group/divisional products, applications, features, advantages and benefits.

A Bachelor Degree required (a technical discipline is preferable).
3+ years of experience in direct sales and/or distributor sales.
Experience with industrial technical products (Pneumatics, Automation, PLC’s, Controls, Valves, Manufacturing Systems).
Must have a proven track record of success in sales.
