Business Development Manager - Pharmaceutical BPO
Sequence is currently seeking to hire a Business Process Outsourcing / Business Development professional.
The Business Development Manager will act as the rainmaker for the organization's national Business Process Outsourcing Division. Responsible for identifying, targeting and marketing business process outsourcing (BPO) services specifically to the healthcare and pharmaceutical public sector markets.
The ideal individual would have 10+ years of experience in solidifying business process outsourcing opportunities with Executive “C” level client representatives in Fortune 100/500 organizations throughout the United States. Leading the sales life-cycle in identification, prospecting, scoping, developing proposals, fostering relationships and closing multiple BPO deals simultaneously.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure integration, business process mapping, as well as, the information and document life-cycles from creation, use to storage.
Requires a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline. Possess a strong desire to grow a national territory and work for one of the largest BPO firms in the world. Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Must have Healthcare and/or Pharmaceutical BPO sales Experience.
Position can be based out of any major U.S. city.
