Our client, a Fortune 50 retailer is looking for an Area HR Manager in the DC/Baltimore market.
Here's what we are looking for:
-7-9 years win retail HR management
-3-5 years with multi-unit responsibility
-MUST HAVE MINIMUM of BA/BS! ---there are no exceptions
-proactive approach to HR (no personnel managers)
-strong generalist experience
-experience with Succession planning and management development
Compensation - $85k - $ 100k base + 15% bonus + car
