We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage quantitative and qualitative healthcare research projects in our analytics practice. Our organization demands superb operational and logistical support for the execution of a wide variety of research. This research yields perceptive insights for both our internal stakeholders (account teams) and external clients. Our team operates hands-on in a fast-paced, multi-client, multi-project environment. Our team designs, executes, analyzes, reports and presents our work and stays involved to ensure our clients’ needs are fully met. Approximately 50% of projects are multi-country or global in scope.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
§ Coordinate and manage all aspects of quantitative (75%) and qualitative research (25%) projects.
§ Liaise closely with Client and team members in Identity and Strategy groups to define research objectives and deliverables.
§ Recommend appropriate research methodology (qualitative, quantitative, mixed methodology) and screening criteria for each project.
§ Generate client proposals, and perform all necessary due diligence to provide a comprehensive, accurately priced set of services.
§ Identify and manage appropriate resources for each project, including but not limited to research vendors, field agencies, focus group facilities, moderators, and/or translation agencies. Secure bids, develop timelines, specify required deliverables and manage costs.
§ Write quantitative surveys; prepare discussion guides, screeners, and other research stimulus for qualitative research.
§ Moderate in-depth telephone interviews and/or brief moderator.
§ Test and revise programming for all work conducted online.
§ Conduct secondary/desk research for client projects as needed.
§ Field and analyze linguistic/cross cultural analysis.
§ Analyze data using tabulated output or SPSS. Provide recommendations with sound rationales.
§ Prepare and present summary and in-depth reports for clients.
Qualifications:
§ B.A. or B.S. degree
§ Must have some healthcare-related experience
§ 3-5 years market research experience, preferably with a top market research firm or the market research department of a leading pharmaceutical company
§ Knowledge of the full range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies
§ Solid understanding of research design, implementation and analytics
§ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint and Excel primarily), preferably on a Mac platform.
§ Experience with SPSS highly desired
