Share Simply put, we are building a sales office in downtown Dallas from the ground up and need 5-6 reps to start immediately.

Seeking experienced sales and business development professionals with a minumum of 1 year of B2B inside/outside sales experience.

Aside from having worked a sales job prior, the only other requirements are that you have no fear of cold calling, have dependable transportation and have a professional presentation when in front of the client.

Role will require no fewer than 50% of your time to be spent on the phone tele-prospecting setting appointments with business owners offering payroll services. The other half of your time will be spent making formal presentations of the payroll service offering in person to those prospects/clients.

Highly aggressive package to include a base salary of $35,000 and an un-capped commission plan that at quota will provide an total take home in the high $70k's/ low $80k's.

Need to be a ferocious hunter mentality who won't run and hide when it comes time to hit the phones.
