Share Our client is a multi-line insurance agency recognized as an emerging leader in the size and scope of their risk management operations. They are a relationship driven firm focused on impacting many specialized property and casualty markets. They seek an experienced Account Manager to assist the sales team with service for existing clients. You'll provide a number of important administrative responsibilities including renewal management, policy changes, billing, claims facilitation, and continuous client relationship building. The accounts involved vary across many industries so a broad knowledge of commercial insurance is important.

Commercial Lines Account Manager Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience as a commercial account manager, account executive, or CSR
Understanding of broad commercial insurance coverage including property, work comp, general liability, umbrella and excess coverage, and commercial auto
Ability to professionally interface with the client including delivering coverage information, discussing renewal and pricing options, managing billing questions, and assisting with policy reviews and endorsement requests
Can work independently and act as the primary client service representative
Hold an IL P&C license or obtain one shortly after hire
