Cognos 8 Workforce Performance HR Analytics. Should have HR functional background SAP HR background is plus

Installation and Configuration of the Cognos 8 Workforce Performance HR Analytics
Experience in Onshore-offshore project execution model
Work Effort Estimation
Microsoft projects is a plus
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Cognos WFP Adaptive Analytics/Warehouse – Architect. The job responsibilities include
· Conduct Business & technical requirements gathering in the Business segment workshops to arrive at the list of customization and configuration changes to be done in the Workforce Performance reports, Measures and Hierarchies
· Prepare development environment.
· Perform Default Configuration of the WFP Analytics solution(Warehouse , Reports, Measures and Hierarchies)
· Documentation of Installation and Configuration of WFP along with default configuration of reports
· Configuration of WFP ETL to operate with SAP as a Datasource
· Configuration of Security details with SAP and other Authentication Sources
· Perform initial incremental dimension and fact data load from SAP
· Data validation
· Configure WFP Reports/Measures/Security from SAP and other authentication sources.
