We are conducting a search for a Human Resources Manager, located in Cleveland, OH. Our Customer, with sales exceeding $5 Billion, is seeking a candidate who will direct the Human Resources, safety and payroll functions for multiple facilities and establish policies, programs and strategies to maximize human resource potential. This includes HR strategy, staff leadership, associate relations, regulatory compliance, environmental health and safety; benefit administration and interpretation, recruiting and staffing, organizational and talent development, workers compensation, performance management and training.

Current Responsibilities Include:

·Assist in the development and ongoing review of the overall people strategy and ensure implementation in the business segment.
·Supervises plant health, safety medical and employee service activities and programs.
·Oversees employee grievance procedure.
·Assists and may conduct arbitrations.
·Will actively participate in labor negotiations.
·Administers labor contract provisions and trains management on same.
·Counsels plant management employees on manpower utilizations, turnover control, compensation, performance evaluation and other personnel matters.
·Ensure Global Performance Management System is up to date and regular feedback is provided to staff members.
·Drive for continuous improvement, standardization and simplification of HR transactional processes.

Current Requirements Include:

·Bachelor\'s degree in HR, business or related discipline preferred.
·7 years human resources experience preferably as a HR Representative, Generalist, Business Partner, in a manufacturing environment.
·Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources leadership role in a union environment

Total Compensation:

·90,000-110,000
