Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, Human Resources will supervise the Human Resource team. The VP will evaluate, plan and execute proactive HR initiatives for the company. This executive will also develop compensation and benefit plans to attract and retain employees.
Qualifications:
Experience seeks includes:
At least 10 - 15 years of progressive HR experience and leadership is required.
Extensive knowledge of employment laws, benefit programs, compensation and federal/state wage & hour laws is imperative.
Ideal candidate will have experience developing and maintaining organization programs and strategic plans, such as succession planning.
BA/BS is required and a SPHR certification and/or Masters Degree is preferred.
