JOB DESCRIPTION: REQUIREMENTS


Essential Job Function:

? Success managing project teams through the ERP project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle



Essential Skills:

? ERP experience to include SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, JDE, QAD and PeopleSoft in business operations, corporate finance, or enterprise technology
? Industry/technology experience and knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and advisory experience related to industry-specific finance and technology
? Written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
? Interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology



Preferred Additional Experience

? Consulting industry
? Developing methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership within the ERP Advisory market
? Implementing technology solutions by teaming with client technology professionals and/or third party strategic alliances
? Demonstrating quality project management and delivery by successfully monitoring team performance and budget
? Leading technology professionals through requirements definition, architecture design, conversion, and testing
? Communicating effectively with finance and technology management

Education / Certifications:

? Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, or a graduate degree (MBA or MS preferred)
