Share Opportunity for two in-house recruiters with a medical device company located in Palo Alto, CA. Each is a permanent, fulltime position with benefits.



We are looking to fill these spots quickly, hopefully within 2 weeks. One would focus on software engineers; the other would focus on life sciences. These roles would not eliminate our recruiting firms, but rather compliment/supplement these firms and would engage with then, but also be responsible for locating candidates, too.



A degree is desirable but applicable experience could be considered in lieu of a degree.



Stable work history, preferrably not all contract assignments



5+ years specifically recruiting in the life sciences or medical device industry is desired.



Ability to work with a variety of personalities both in house and with recruiting agencies.



Ability to be very organized, responsive, resourceful and a multi- tasker.



There is no relocation package for this position so Bay Area candidates are preferred.
