THIS POSITION REQUIRES RECENT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THE DoD, GSA, AND/OR ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS
Our client is growing rapidly and has several immediate availabilities for Site Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents. Superintendents and their Assistants are hands-on managers and must be willing and able to assist the Installation team in all phases of site construction while managing the Installation team and the project as a whole.
Site Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents must hold a Bachelors degree (preferably in Construction or a similar field) and have at least three years of hands-on experience in construction - SPECIFICALLY experience working with the Army Corps of Engineers, the DoD and/or the GSA. Superintendents DO NOT have to live in Nashville. They do need to be open to travel, i.e. live in the community where the project is being built with a trip home every six weeks (for a week). Superintendents will only visit the home office in Nashville for minimal training visits.
Starting compensation range is $65,000 to $80,000.
