Our Nashville client is growing rapidly and has immediate availabilities in Construction Project Management. The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Project Managers must hold a Bachelors degree in Construction Technology, Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred) from an accredited university and have a minimum of ten years of managing multiple, complex, multi-million dollar projects. Army Corps of Engineers, GSA and/or Department of Defense experience is a MUST. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Project, excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills. Preferred candidates will possess the PMP or PgMP certification. Travel is expected to be 50%.
Starting compensation range is $65,000 to $90,000 and some relocation assistance is available.
