Responsible for managing customers and vendors while simultaneously all relevant paperwork and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive and retroactive contact of Customers
- Proactive and retroactive contract with Vendors
- Maintaining customer and vendor satisfaction
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office Products
- Typing
- Simple Math
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with variable levels of work load and meet set deadlines
- Good communication skill, both written and verbal
- Positive interactions and relationships with internal and external clients
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Detail Oriented and able to Multi-task
