Login Issues
Please use the login page. If your login information does not work, we can re-send your password to your email on file. Please click on the forgot password link. If you still have login issues, it is likely because your Browser's Privacy Settings are set to "Block All Cookies".

Is applying for a Job Free?
Yes. Simply click on the "Apply Online" button and complete the application process. In addition, for certain jobs we also offer a paid premium feature that lets you email the recruiter directly.

Is your Service Free? Will I get charged?
Basic service is free. You will not get charged just because you signed up for an account. We offer optional Premium services for a fee which you may elect to purchase.

I saw a job that does not look legitimate. Can you remove it?
Please report spam/scam/illegitimate job postings by clicking on the "Report this job" link next to the Apply button. We automatically remove jobs that are flagged by several users. Your can also report a suspicious job posting on the Contact page.

I uploaded a .docx Resume, but it opens as a zip file. What happened?
Your resume is uploaded correctly, but your browser is not recognizing it as a word file. This is a known Microsoft Internet Explorer issue. Please use the Firefox browser instead (www.mozilla.com/firefox/).

My entries in the "Companies worked at" or "Education" fields are not saved

Make sure to press "Enter" after each entry. If this doesn't work you are likely using an old browser that we do not support. The success of contact request is usually based on your fit with the recruiters job or area of expertise. Please use the Firefox browser instead (www.mozilla.com/firefox/).

How do I delete my account? How do I remove myself from your site?
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings page. Log in to your account and click the orange "edit" link. Then, click on "Privacy Settings" and find the "delete" account link at the bottom of the page.

Why is my Job not showing up on Indeed, Simplyhired, etc?
It typically takes approximately 24 hours for jobs to show up on our partner sites. If you are a new recruiter, it may take up to 3 days as we need to approve your account.

Why do I need an "official" email address?
We want to make sure only legitimate recruiters sign up for our service. We use your official email as part of our initial account approval process.

I downloaded a Resume, but it opens as a zip file. What happened?

What services are Free and which are not?
Posting jobs is always free and you can view up to 3 resumes per day for free. In addition, we offer a "Premium" subscriptions which includes additional resume, preferred placement of your job postings, and customer support.

Are there any Splits or other fees? Is it really free?
There are no splits or other fees.
